Regarding the Ceremonial Chest Scale...

You can easily get by with a triple socketed T5 chest scale of any type. Once you reach level 95-100, it is imperative you head to the Imperial Outpost to begin the quest that rewards it (Imperial Outpost: The Besieged (Part 1)). This is THE best chest scale in the game and will serve you well beyond ancienthood.

When strictly fighting undead...

If you truly are hellbent on minmaxing and can't kill/aren't confident in killing undead before they kill you, invest in a pair of wing scales with the Crest of the Blackhammer Clan tech kit, replacing Kaasha's Sigil. This will ensure that you take 20% less damage from undead specifically.

Instead of Reklar's Tail Scale of Power...

You can use a Primalist Tail Scale teched with Wisdom of Silvane and Health V. This option is cheaper for those who do not have the means to get the tail scale just yet. However, it is a huge priority considering a majority of end-game mobs deal physical damage, which the Power variant helps mitigate. I would advise against using the Reklar's Tail Scale of Strength simply because the only end-game mob that hits hard enough for you to worry about is Shaloth, but you can easily mitigate her magical attacks with buffs and various consumables.

Epic pets and Skala pet...

It is highly preferable to hot-swap between epic pets when dishing out lots of damage to multiple mobs at once. If you are already struggling with surviving, I suggest getting the Virrak Wyvern Ally first, and then getting the Stone Skulk Ally, the Agh'kuk Ally, and then the Than'kuk Ally. The abilities that come with equipping each pet (with the Virrak Wyvern being the only exception) all scale on your power stat, making them a vital asset for magical builds.

Two other epic ally pets I recommend are the Blood Skulk Ally and the Forest Skulk Ally. The blood skulk pet gives you an ability that enables you to inflict a DoT that heals you for 100% of the damage inflicted on a singular enemy. The forest skulk pet gives you the ability to inflict Lethal Poison, which does a tick damage of 10,000 after 3 minutes. Additionally, for as long as the enemy has Lethal Poison, it will have all of its base stats and speed lowered by 20%.

Both Light Skala and Dark Skala are applicable for this build, however I recommend using the Light Skala simply because the devs shit on reflect damage and is no longer considered viable DPS.

Regarding the Primalist Claw...

If the Primalist Claw is too expensive of an option for right now, you should settle with a Spiked Emerald Claw with Deadly V, Frozen Weapon, and socketed with The Primal Rage (a crystal you get from finishing the Helian ARoP).

If you fucked up and went the Lunus route, you can socket your claw with The Wolf's Blessing instead. If you fucked up pt.2 and killed the Lone Wolf in New Trismus, you can socket your claw with The Wolf's Bane instead (25% chance on all martial attacks to inflict Wolf's Bane Aura (50% base Evasion & Armor), which is from a side quest in Dralnok's Doom).
