For the dragon claw;
Fighting Undead mobs? You can create a secondary spiked emerald claw teched with Weapon and Claw Tech Kit: Thurid's Undead Slayer to bolster your damage. You should also socket the vs.Undead claw with Fangs of Fury and Thurid's Stone of Wrath for even more damage vs. Undead. You can have the Andorr's claw socketed with The Wolf's Bane & The Wolf's Blessing to replace the slot where you initially had Fangs of Fury. Start off the fight with your Wolf's Bane & Blessing claw equipped, pop Hero's Resolve and wait for the Bane's debuff to proc before switching to the claw tailored for vs.Undead and watch the funny damage numbers.
Fighting non-Undead mobs? This claw is specifically for all non-undead enemies, so I would just stick with the Andorr's claw in this situation. Use a spirit damage crystal.
Why are you using T5 scales instead of full Conqueror?!?!?1/ Are you stupid?!?
Since T6 scales are limited to only two tech slots, you can squeeze out just a little bit more firepower with the flexibility of having 3 tech slots rather than just 2, at the cost of a bit of health and dexterity. Boo hoo.
But I'm too lazy to grind for the skala pet and I don't have any epic ally pets!!!
Womp womp. The skala's passive and constant spiked scales- like effect stacks with your actual Spiked Scales ability and reflective baubles like Spectral Touch for example. When things hit you, they die faster in addition to you hitting them many, many times for lots of damage.
I would highly suggest getting all 3 epic wyvern pets, the craftable flame elemental ally, the blood skulk ally, and the forest skulk ally. The Virrak wyvern gives you a free 1,000+ aoe heal, the Algontoth gives you an aoe plague breath similar to Reklar's that has a DoT and a chance to debuff the enemy, & the Ebbe'it also has an aoe poison breath that applies Deadly Poison and also gives you a chance for Lethal Poison Immunity every 8 seconds and has a nice passive heal-over-time buff. The Blood Skulk ally gives you an ability that has a pretty nice leech effect and does decent DoT damage as well. The Forest Skulk gives you an ability that applies Lethal Poison upon hit and does around 10,000 damage after it ticks in addition to lowering the enemy's base strength, dexterity, power, and focus by 20%.
