Description

I have placed all my TP's into Primal and Power. I have put Health crystals into my build as a 4k health dragon won't last too long. I have also done every quest that would benefit my dragon. Mithril Wings quest line, all the +DPS active titles, and quests that give tech kits for my scales. I have a Primalist claw, but the one in my build is easily crafted.
