TPs go to maxing out Power/Primal and Tactical Mastery.

You have two options for the Claw; either use the listed one, or get Primalist's Claw, an epic Claw requiring a kill of Shaloth the Queen, and three epic cores plus other resources.

Primalist's Claw is the highest raw damage for all MAGICAL type abilities (this is Breaths and Spells for us), and also Gold Rage. For some reason. Don't ask. Yes, it was tested. If you want to further minmax your damage, grab a T5 claw for the martial side of things with Andorrs/Frozen Weapon/Wolf's Blessing (if not Lunus ancient)/Fangs of Fury (if Lunus ancient), macro your abilities to always auto-equip the correct claw for damage output (beware of inputting in advance and swapping early), and go ham.

I will also note however that I play with a maxed Epic Bonus, so YMMV with Primalist's if you do not have Epic Bonus. Light Skala can make up for this though. If you have to-hit issues, stick with the T5 claw.

"Not Myloc Rune on forelegs?" Yes, actually. For dragons at endgame SPECIFICALLY, It is in fact worth it to go all-in on Tactical Mastery, even on dummy targets- In testing this offered a total of about +3 damage per upgrade (TP from Primal to TM, then replacing both runes) per hit, and that was on a dummy; so it's going to be better on actual targets. Yes, we tested it accurately using Mellohndar's Relic procs (Caster) and Drain Strike (Martial) to ensure max damage was in play. If you don't want to get 250 tokens of gratitude though, skip this and just run Myloc rune like normal.

As for why we use the Priceless Hindlegs instead of T5 equivalents; It's for more survivability in general use. You can absolutely drop both of them for T5 scales, but it'll only be a +25 gain per piece in power, in exchange for pretty much obliterating your survivability, especially if you only have Light Skala. I wouldn't recommend it unless you know for a fact you won't be tanking damage.

Piercing Winds is used because of Delay Adjusted Damage shenanigans and Hero's Resolve making Galewind worth it over the +50 stat loss.

And about why we're using a 4/4 Silvane set; It's because the +150 to hit and +5% damage pretty much directly beats every other option when playing optimally; you should be using both Martial AND Magical attacks. Also the +5% damage is just a straight up +5% damage no ifs or buts. Use it, love it.

For the pet, we choose Light Highly Radioactive Skala as our primary pet, as it's actually quite a decent DPS increase overall! More alacrity, a DoT effect and more to-hit is simply stronger than all other options in the primary slot.

Dark Skala is also always a good pick, because taking 10% less damage is great in every situation, but since this is a more glass oriented build, Light Skala is being shown instead.

If you want to again, further minmax; get the Ally Plaque pets from Gian Hawkwood. Wyverns first, then the biped stuff. They're all good except for the Stone Skulk (which is still good, but not AS good). Hotswap them in to use their abilities, then go back to Skala. These are considered MARTIAL ATTACKS, even the wyvern breaths, so macro that T5 martial claw to them.
